  Such a disappointment and let down. The male owner was very rude. Ordered a marble cake requesting a deer shiloet on top and was given such rubbish that the whole top layer had to be ripped off leaving nothing but a mess on top. The image that the owner put on top of the cake was a print out with such bad resolution, the image was not even clear. I only asked for a deer shiloet, not a whole print out of another cake that I attached to my order as an example only. (This was explained a number of times). Previously had nothing but positive things to say about this store (3 years ago I last ordered from store) but now I refuse to go back. The cake ruined a well planned night. My complaint in store was not handled appropriately and the male owner would not accept that he buggered the cake and instead blamed myself for not explaining my order well enough. Very disappointed.

  We have purchased a number of cakes from here over the Christmas and New Year Period. The pav and caramel mud are both our first choice and have always been so good. The staff are always friendly.

  I ordered a Glazed Caramel Mud Cake for an office party. It was beautifully presented, ready on time and the best cake I've ever tasted. Great job.
