  We were traveling up the coast to Fraser Island. We needed new front brake pads - They had the parts, and knowing we were on a schedule, fit me in the very next day. Friendly staff and accomodating business.

  A tardy operation salesman act like predators. On visit to show room at Coffs Harbour made inquiry about Prado. I was forced to show drivers license even though no test drive was required. Salesman proceeded to enter details of license into computer without my permission. Complained to manager (Mike) who appeared to condone this behaviour.

  My bofriend and I are renting a Toyota and after days of not being able to close the sunroof and it raining the past 24 hours we stopped in for help! I didn't get his name but the man who helped us was extremely kind and helped us close the sunroof even though that meant him getting fairly soaked in the rain!

  Without doubt the WORST Hyundai service center in Australia. told car would be ready at 2pm. No call to tell me ready, so when I turned up wasn't ready, wasn't washed and was told computer system was 'down'. Despite organizing all these things prior it wasn't done. Take a drive elsewhere and get your service done or sell your car and buy a brand that requires servicing that is not done here. WORST service center in Australia.

  Whole organisation looked disorganised and disheveled , I would think twice about doing business with this crowd as you would have to wonder what after sales service you could expect. Keeping well away!!
