  My Landrover Discovery developed a leak in the cooling system whilst recently holidaying in the Coffs Harbour Area and I was extremely fortunate to stumble upon Mills-Thom's! They diagnosed the problem after careful assessment, and although they were about to close for the New Years Eve long weekend, managed to repair it and we were able to continue our journey as planned the next day. This is a family business that gives friendly honest service, from the girls in the office right though to Mike (the owner) who is very knowledgeable. Mike gave great feedback about the fault and how they fixed it. Do yourself a favor and take your car to this workshop if you have any problems, I am convinced you are in very capable and safe hands!

  Was contacted by friends driving thru Coffs last night and made the dementia mistake of putting the wrong fuel in their tank. Today I rang Peter who was able to fit their car in so they could continue to rock & roll in Cooli this weekend. Big thankyou to Di, Mick and Peter.

  I can't say enough about our great experience. The suspension snapped on my camper trailer. I called in at Mills Thom Friday arvo to be told everyone had knocked off. The boss returned soon after to realise my predicament. I had wife and 4 young kids in the car and we were stranded. He promptly had me back my trailer on to the hoist where he welded up both suspension hangers.

  I got three different quotes from three different mechanics over a period of a month. They all quoted between 1500 - 2500 dollars and since id just moved here and only jist started my job, id have to save. Mills-Toms mecanic changed the baring for $142. Yet no other mechanic could inform me of this fix. Definitely reccomend these guys, they are wonderful :)

  When I asked what I owed him after about 90 mins work, he named an embarrassing little amount. I said it sounded very cheap he only asked that I in turn help out someone in need in the future.

  Front office is a prestoric nightmare. Focus on customer service is low.
