  WORST RECEPTIONIST AND DOCTORS, I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN 45 YEARS. APPALLING AND RUDE FRONT OFFICE. Stay far away from this bag of lies place. Was made to wait over an hour and 30 minutes, to not be seen by a doctor. He wanted to go home early!!! I came in on time! 6 people ahead of me. 5 more people came in after me. ALL of them were seen before me. 3 of the last 5 told me their appointment was at 1300 hours. Mine was at 1215.HIGHLY UNETHICAL!! But they don't care,, and it shows!!

  Dr Arup Bhowmik is amazing, can not recommend highly enough. First visit was without an appointment. Only waited half an hour before I was seen to. Comprehensive check up and tests organised. All bulk billed. Follow up call to return earlier than my next appointment to discuss test results. Diagnosis made on second visit, specialists organised and medication prescibed. Dr Bhowmik has diagnosed in 48 hours what other doctors have failed to do in the last 10 years. Ongoing support and genuine concern for my health and well being has been overwhelming.

  Receptionists are very helpful and friendly unlike any other clinics in the Coffs area. Waiting time isn't that bad at all. If you make an appointment before coming to the clinic, chances are you might not have to wait for too long. A little bit of heads up regarding the doctors working there, avoid Dr Khaled at all costs. He doesn't show any empathy nor understanding towards patients (well, I don't know about any other patients but surely he couldn't care less for me and my partner). He prescribed some medications for my partner and when she asked about the reason she had to take those medications (she's already seeing a psychologist due to her depression and wanted to avoid drug interactions), Dr Khaled just yelled at her as if he was superior to us. Obviously, we could get tons of information on those drugs online but it'd have been a bit more professional for him to explain a little bit about the drugs his patients need to be taking. I have never had any problem with other doctors working in GP super clinic. The worst doctor we've ever had !!
