  Terrible costumer service, I asked if I had readjusted all my images as I had no idea how to tell on the image editing machine since it was my first time getting my photos printed here, and the guy comfirmed that I had done them all. However after picking them up and looking through them I noticed a couple of them hadn't been cropped properly, this is because I hadn't obviously gone through all of them and I trusted the guy who worked there to know how to tell. So I went back and showed them the pictures. They told me it's my responsibility but because it's my first time they would redo the couple of images that were ruined. So I came back the next day to pick them up and the images hadn't been reprinted at all! They just gave me back the same images that I wanted them to fix! I will never g images done here again! I will be telling all my friends and family not to come here, waste of money! And they clearly don't care about keeping their customers happy!

  Sometimes you can get a decent deal, but make sure you research your prices before you look in store. Ask for them to match or beat the best price you've found - on Aussie stock of course.

  Love these guys. They were so helpful. They showed me different alternatives that would suit my needs, gave me a web price, set the camera up and then gave me full instructions. On top of that, they said to come back any time for assistance. Great customer service !!!!!

  Brought in a photograph to have a copy made. The photo was from Dolphin Marine Magic and came with a lovely cover of theirs. I brought the photo to Camerahouse in the cover to protect it. Camerahouse chose to take the cover with the photograph, their choice. They then returned it to me with a receipt sticky taped to it !!! A very strong adhesive tape that has a high probability of tearing the paper cover. Thanks guys great job.
