  Very appallingly - went into this branch today at 2-45pm 13/7/17 finally got to the counter and had my card to my account plus money to deposit told the lady behind the counter i wanted to deposit money into my account and credit cards and pay bill - i gave her the card and she asked me so many questions more than normal ie full name address dob incl what money goes into my account when did i use my card last etc etc and then asked for my id - i said why are you asking me all these questions and she said because you asked for you balance and i could not use my account because i did not have my id on me only my dr card and cr cards - so i left and the teller next to her asked why ahe did that to me and her reply was 'and' - i did nothing wrong just wanted to pay my house money - this is due to come out tomorrow - cr cards and bills just like anyother person - thanks 'i hope any member of the board of directors reads this yours sincerely christine bachmann
