    The workshop is worth every penny! Very good service, so much information and it is mind-blowing how easy it is to make cheese out of MILK! It's a big day out and you won't be hungry afterwards.

    No question was too dumb or no answer too short. I had some concern about making cheese myself but Lyndal and her staff were very patient and answered every question I had, even when I had a new question and phoned it in :).

    Absolutely love this place! great location at the big banana in Coffs Harbour. The staff are really friendly and knowledgable about the produce, you can tell it's a passion for them. Supermarket cheese deli's are now such a disappointment.

    Fabulous cheese. Top selection. Top flavours. Really nice. I don't usually like blue cheese, but theirs was addictive. Unfortunately I will not be going back, because the woman who served us was a bit rude, arrogant and condescending. I loved the cheese, but not the service.
