    Poor service and unless u buy a bbq from them don't help as soon as I said I have a bbq from Bunnings they told me they couldn't help me and walked off so rude and have no idea

    Better off at bunnings - staff make up lies and say products dont exist or are unregulated and illegal in Australia - yet are sold in bunnings.. pretty bad if you get a review saying better at bunnings - who pride themselves on the worst customer service in Australia, but then again could be worse - barbeques galore - setting the standard for poor service.
