    This company is a supplier for an outlet in Sorrento. I bought a very expensive piece of furniture from them which turned out to have a warped door. Bisque Interiors did their best to wear me down by 1) asking me to find someone to fix it and supply them with a quote 2) only then asking me to send a photo of the problem 3) not answering emails. They finally, with no explanation, told me that they would not give me a replacement and suggested I return the piece to the outlet and ask for credit or a refund. I feel their approach to this problem has shown minimal respect or care for me as a customer.

    I bought two occasional chairs, one had a leg screwed on incorrectly, even though I got them for a bargain the team at Bisque went over and beyond to solve the problem!
