  We have been extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the all the furniture we purchased from Freedom Furniture in March 2017. We waited 12 weeks for delivery and within 3 months had to lodge a claim with Freedom as the fabric disintegrated to the point where their are feathers coming out of the seat cushions and the pilling is excessive considering the age of the couch. After sales service has been unapologetic and consider the issue not significant enough to warrant replacement or refund. They will not provide us with a copy of the report that was done by the "independent" assessor. Only a transcript from their administration. We have been loyal customers of Freedom Furniture for over 20 years using the furniture in both our homes as well as our investment properties and we have never had to make a claim. It seems that Freedom have lowered the quality of their product as well as their customer care. Overall. Very disappointing.
