  Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. From the large amount of room with quality equipment to the amount of classes and 24 hour access. I was impressed with awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The gym feels warm and inviting like a big family and you won't feel self conscious about people judging you no matter what fitness level you are at. The classes available are for every level of fitness, and you will love the diverse workouts. Wouldn't go any where else. I have lost 6kg so far and am still enjoying my workouts. Highly recommend.

  I joineded beach bodies about a month ago, it's the best club I've ever been in! Ang, Tony and the family are very accommodating, encouraging, friendly and caring! Can't recommend beach bodies enough, 5

  Ange Tony and the rest of the staff/ instructors made me and my family feel so welcomed and my hubby and I got fit in return .. my kids loved being watched by Katie in the crèche .

  Joining Beachbodies gym was the best thing I did in my time living in Coffs Harbour !!! I miss my gym so much .. such a great atmosphere .. it was defiantly my family away from my family in my 3 years living in Coffs !!!

  Such a welcoming, fun and friendly place! All of the staff, especially the trainers, are always ready to help out and give advice. I thought going to a new gym would be daunting and awkward but Beach Bodies makes you feel at home and part of the family. I couldn't give a greater recommendation than BB!

  AMAZING! The Beachbodies team and atmosphere are what have encouraged and motivated me to become the best version of myself. If it wasn't for the constant smiles and words of encouragement I don't think I would be in the position I am. I cannot thank and praise the team enough for the time and effort they put into making the gym the awesome place it is!
