  Jasmine and the team at One Conscious Breath are so incredibly genuine, authentic, present and care about your well being. The yoga classes are amazing, and focused on doing yoga for you and your body. They care about the individual and not rushing you. The studio is heavenly, spacious enough yet also intimate. Jasmine also stocks all sorts of great props, clothes and yoga gear. It is the only place I'll do yoga in Coffs Harbour. And I wholeheartedly recommend One Conscious Breath to all my friends, and to anyone interested in yoga. They also offer great workshops regularly which are whole-istic. Do yourself a favour and go to a class x
