  Been here a few times in the past few months and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The doctors are always thorough and do an amazing job would highly recommend this practice to anyone

  The worst medical centre I've even been too!! Firstly I booked my two young kids in for appointments. I asked for the consultation fee for an adult and a child over the phone so I knew what to expect! (in brisbane, kids are bulk billed) I was explained by that it's up to the doctor what the fee is and whether the doctor bulk bills. We were only after a script. The two kids are seen by the doctor at the same time. one child was bulk billed, the other charged the ADULTS fee. What a joke!

  Totally waist of your time and quite rude and disrespectful. Never ever recommend as anyone to go there.. no respect for patients felling or situations

  I get to the reception and I pay the fee. I ask why it hasn't been proceed through medicare and the receptionist explains that it's we are new patients. please !! With resistance she then goes to other receptionist and blames her (in front of us) that our details are entered incorrectly and that's why medicare didn't work? They continue to argue in front of us who's fault it is. I finally get my medicare rebate details put through. What a horrible experience and process. After all that the lady doctor (that had many appointments available - I now know why) referred the wrong medication. Geez!!! Four days later I Googled and researched the skin condition and the doctor prescribed the wrong antibodic. clearly stated on Web!! Don't go there!!!!

  Always get quick appointments and totally respect my doctor here ... very thorough plus blood test available on site and skin cancer checks
