  Assumed i had tonsillitis because i said my daughter had it, they inspected my mouth and told me to have panadol. Upon my condition deteriorating i seeked a second opinion turns out i have a form of pneumonia with a 4 month old child in the house this is a very serious problem! Could not recommended enough to not go here!

  Dr McCabe was extremely rude to my husband and I when we went into confirm my pregnancy not only did she only order half the blood work i needed but has since then refused to release my test result to my new doctor because i downright refuse to go back to see her, she also argued with me about when my last period was!! I wouldnt recommend anyone use her as a doctor and i highly suggest she learns some new people skills... im extremely NOT impressed!! I will not be going back to park beach family practice.

  We are up here on school holidays and my daughter needed 7 stitches taken out of her forehead after she bumped her head on the last day of school. We were told by the receptionist when making the appointment that it would be bulk billed as she is under 14. On the day the Doctor told me it would not be covered by Medicare and so would cost $75. I said "REALLY? $75?" ...then she said actually we can probably get around it. It should be fine. Lets get some details from you then i will take you to the nurse. The nurse started to remove my daughters stitches but half way through the Dr came in and told me that it wont be covered and so will cost $75. OMG! So unprofessional! I took her word that it would all be fine and there was nothing I could do as the nurse was already half way through! So Angry! The Practice Manager reduced it to $50. Will never go back!

  The receptionists at this surgery are rude, unprofessional, dangerous and lack a duty of care to patients! They take it upon themselves to deny a patients consultation without consulting the Doctor merely if the patient calls to say they are delayed in traffic. This is an actual incident! BEWARE of the receptionists at this clinic...if possible attend another surgery. I have reluctantly given one star simply because I was given no other option. I would give them a minus 10 stars if possible!!!

  Due to unforeseen circumstances (and no doctors were available for another WEEK at my regular practice) I had to ask for a renewed script for two S8s (which has been prescribed at this practice before which is why I went there), showed her the boxes (where the dates correlate to my using as prescribed) and without even looking at her computer (where my history would have been there for her to see) said she wouldn't prescribe. I asked what am I supposed to do? No answer. If that were the only thing I probably wouldn't be so p***ed off as I understand them being S8s is not ideal, but she had the hide to not even bulk bill me and they charge $75!!!! For two minutes of her time and NOTHING else! Like I can afford wasted money!
