    The regional manager then claimed that he was unable to give us the ring at the advertised price because the "computer wouldn't let him." When we pressed him about his responsibility to honour the price advertised he blew us off stating that according to the ACC he was within his rights to change the price.

    Was quoted a very good price for a men's wedding band, the sales assistant offered to hold the ring while I went to arrange the money for the ring. When I returned half an hour later I was informed by the "regional manager" that the sale on the ring had ended and that the staff had simply "forgotten" to remove the sale stickers.

    Regardless of whether the ACC would or would not defend their behavior, it was very poor form and we won't be shopping with Wallace Bishop in the future.
