  I had a problem with my mattress a few years after purchasing it, and contacted Beds R Us, Coffs Harbour. They helped arrange for the mattress to be sent back to the manufacturer, where it was deemed defective, with a replacement mattress being offered. The team at the Coffs store were great with helping us to select an appropriate mattress and arranging for a speedy delivery. A big thumbs up from me for great customer service, and always with a smile :-)

  Sold me a bed they assured me was in stock, 1 hour before delivery' 3 days after purchase was advised they did not have the bed in stock. Bed was then sourced from Grafton. On delivered I received a flat pack of 4 boxes at no point in the sale was I advised this was how the would be delivered. After employing someone to assemble the bed 3 of 4 sets of draw runners where missing. Called the store who located the runners and that someone could deliver the runners and assemble the bed in 3 more days. So had to add the costly assembly and runners to the price of the bed. At not point was I offered compensation for this. Sales staff was not helpful. Would never shop there again.
