  Good range of products. Happy to order items not available in. Friendly staff, there is a delay in customer service because they often are busy but once you have their attention it's great.

  I went into Petstock today 31/7/17 around 4.45pm to get my two new 9 week old puppies a teething bone each. When I walked in the shop their was no one at the counter and no one else in the shop at the time then a young male and female employees walked towards me and they really gave me the impression I WAS TOTALLY PUTTING THEM OUT!!! When I asked about the teething bones the girl showed me some options after saying this is all w e have . I questioned the option the girl showed me as they were very thin sticks and when I asked if they would break the girl said no however when i went to the counter the boy said they will// but they wouldnt choke. Anyways I still bought them and some other options which again were no use and wasted $30. To the Higher Management at Pets Shop Coffs Harbour you really need to get staff that care about there job and look after customers. PLEASE PLEASE anyone reading this DO NOT go to Petstock Coffs Hbr the service is beyond terrible!!!!!! Animals are important and staff should care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
