  After a year and the problem getting worse I decided to check the gutter and fix the leak myself, FIXED, oh the joy! The gutter was full of debris (even and old baby dummy in there) directly above the leaking doorway and the roof need a slight adjust to allow a gap for the water to enter the gutter and not pool on the roof.

  I advised LJ Hooker, the rental estate agent, who sent Emerald Beach Plumbing around once again. The owner of Emerald Beach Plumbing come around and despite my requests to leave it alone (I even called LJ Hooker and ask them to ask him to leave it alone) the owner of Emerald Beach Plumbing continued and NOW THE WATER PROBLEM IS SO BAD IT EVEN COMES IN THE WINDOW OF MY SHOP!!!!
