  Florent & Mundey were the agents we chose to sell our home and we could not fault them in the way they took us through the process of what was required. From the great photos they arranged to the very professional way they conducted the open homes was very reassuring. For each open house we had a great response and In 5 weeks we had secured two offers and decided on a sale with a price and settlement that we were more than happy with and did not think that we could achieve.

  Let it be known this real estate is unethical in dealing with prospective buyers. We were given false information regarding a property for sale. The advertised property had not had any offers when I called. We looked at the place on Saturday and I put in an offer on Monday morning only to be told people were coming for Sydney that afternoon. I put in another offer (the asking price) after they had seen the place only to be told it was sold to them. When I asked how much they had offered the agent would NOT tell me what it was.So I was unable to offer any more. I will never deal with this real estate agent again.
