  Agree 100% with other post. Lovely until they get your money. Constantly chasing them. NEVER informed about anything. 5 weeks and our property is still damaged. Dodgy work. They even released the bond without looking at the property to make sure it had been fixed. Excuse after excuse. Never any responsibility for their incompetence. Talked down to, not listened to. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Wouldn't be surprised if most of the staff are unlicensed.

  Constantly had to call them to chase everything. Had tenants behind in rent and was never informed.

  Perfect!! I have been a tenant, a buyer and now a landlord through PRD Coffs and have always been given amazing service and treated with professionalism and respect through all my dealings with them.
