    Had the same experience as Bruce, got told I could not take a photo because they wanted me to check with their podiatrist not my own. Was planning to buy shoes there but once they did that I actually did go and buy online from zieras manufacturers directly because of how rude they were!

    A big thumbs down to the staff who in front of customers loudly accused me of taking photos to shop online and said my boss doesn't want you back in the shop. NOT correct, my wife and I returned to your shop to buy a particular shoe only to find out it had been sold, so was comparing similar shoes. She has a foot problem and was being careful to take time to make a decision on a shoe that would serve many purposes. Your staff injudiciously defamed us in front of everyone and could of handled this tactfully like asking us if we intended to buy online. It is sad day that you are turning your local customer base away based on an incorrect assumption and tackles performance on your part. Bad news travels far.
