  Worst ever. Lied about assessing my phone. And charged me $30 to say there's nothing wrong. Battery died again 1hr later. Took to Grafton phone store and they diagnosed dead battery within 5 mins on the spot. Replaced the battery for $10 cheaper and gave me the evidence I needed to prove to the phone doctor that the battery was dead. The phone doctor refused a refund, saying that
