  Always friendly, great service and young Jeremy is quite knowledgeable. Not much in the way of accessories but can't compete with eBay on this front so I can't blame them.

  This Optus store is fantastic - I can't recommend the staff more highly, especially Jeremy - he is the most knowledgable person in the whole of the Optus organisation!

  Working in Customer service myself for many years I believe the correct way to serve a shop full of waiting customers is to ask Who's next? This Idiot didn't and the brainless girl from the bank knew I was waiting and didn't even have the manners/respect to say "she was before me" to me and just went ahead being served. To say I was angry was an understatement, I had to leave the store before I snapped. Outside the store I took some deep breaths and went back in. At this point, Idiot came over to me laughing asking condescendingly, if I had a quick question, so the whole incident was a joke to him. I said no, I'm good thanks, and left the shop. I believe posting a public review is the best way to release my frustration of such a petty incident because if myself, my partner or any of my friends were to return to this store there would be an altercation and the police would be called. I have now purchased a new phone from another store, and I will no longer have any more dealings with Optus, and believe me, I'll spread the news!! In conclusion, when opening a business I recommend a Customer Service course!

  The worst customer service skills in Coffs Harbour!! If you're after quality service DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SHOP!!! I was waiting very patiently behind a customer, whilst I was waiting, another girl from the bank next door came into the shop, after me, along with another man sitting on the chair. The man in front of me was served. I was still waiting behind him by this point. When finished with the man in front of me, the rude staff member in question decided to serve the girl from the bank before me... I had been waiting a long time.
