David was very nice to my three cats going overseas and did not overcharge me.

I was under the impression that people became vets/ vet nurses because of their love of animals. I've recently been enlightened that some enter the industry for financial gain only.

I understand that there are dishonest people out there and that the financial factor needs to be discussed at some point, but surely a life is more important, especially after explaining that money wasn't an issue. We just wanted our family member to get the treatment she needed. It was all money talk and no compassion.

When presented with the emergency of our dying cat (limp, difficulty breathing) near closing time all they could do was demand down payment before even considering taking her in (and was triple checked!) whilst one staff member took one look at her before declaring that it was home time.

However, our beautiful girl survived and to the few staff that actually did care and treat her over the week she was there, I thank and commend you.

Honest, realistic and caring. Just what you need in aVet where emotions can make decisions difficult
