  Dear Victor, as my son Vince's anniversary approaches, I can't help remembering how wonderful and professional your team was .Thank you again Mathew for your support and guidance. You did everything the way we planned and on reflection we wouldn't have changed anything. Thank you to Karen and Miriam for your patience ,advice and suggestions. At such a devastatingly sad time, we had lots of positive feedback from family and friends about Vince's funeral. We do recommend Victor Rullis Funeral Services especially if like us you have lost a young person.

  Our experience unfortunately was not good at our close family friends funeral. Small chapel located 20 mins out of town and very small. Allot of people had to stand outside in the wet and rain. Staff and the organisation of them were all over the place. This might be ok for some people but I prefer things to look organised. Our friends were recommended for price but they said they wouldn’t use this firm again. Better options available at a time that counts.

  Vic and his team have presided over the funerals of both my mother and father in the last 3 years. I do not have enough superlatives to describe the care and support we received from Vic and his beautiful team. We were shown the greatest respect from our first point of contact. We could not find any fault. I would highly recommend this friendly and professional 5 gold star service.

  Victor sorry to read that you dont want constructive criticism this was a non bias review of mine and our friends experience. If you took the time to read my reviews you would see I give honest good and bad opinions about places I have visited and yours was bad sorry to say. Also I dont put all my details on google as I am not a business so Im not sure what you are trying to prove there. The fact is that the chapel located at karangi cemetery was small. People were outside and got wet as no cover was provided. And also that the chapel is 20 mins out of town. And lastly I have been to many funerals for friends and family at my age and I am in my rights to say your staff didnt look organised and were very casual. This is my opinion and I am entitled to it. A highly stressful and difficult time made easier with compassionate and true professionals that supported and guided us every step of the way showing quality care, genuine care and compassion.

  We cannot recommend Victor Rullis and Mathew highly enough for their professionalism and sensitivity in handling my fathers service. They seemed to know exactly what we needed and we didn't have to worry about the finer details allowing us to focus on saying farewell. We loved that they were very open to our ideas and offered us great options without feeling like we were pressured in anyway. Mathew is wonderful to deal with and we instantly knew he was right to conduct the ceremony, he has great skill and perception. The day itself could not have been more perfect thanks to everybody at Victor Rullis. The ceremony was conducted in the chapel at the Karangi garden cemetery. The gardens are so peaceful and breathtaking in Autumn. What a difference you have made to our family at such a difficult time. We cannot thank you enough!
