    Brought a blanket box and a cupboard. There was two blanket boxes in stock and one on the floor. Was told at the date of purchase the cupboard needed to be ordered in and would arrive in November didn't receive product until mid December no phone calls given. Went in store to check when product hadn't arrived only to be told that the blanket box had been sold and was a Christmas present for our daughter and now have to wait until February to get a new one. We will no shop here again

    My husband and I were shopping for a new lounge and we found a wonderful lounge that we ordered immediately. We live over an hour away from the store and when we got home and had time to think, we thought we may have been hasty in the lounge but we wanted the elmsley sideboard. I rang up and spoke to Robert C and asked if he could possibly change our invoice. He was SO helpful. Nothing was a trouble for him. We were so happy to have such an efficient and professional salesperson. We can't wait to go back and get the rest of our lounge furniture from Early Settler in Coffs Harbour.
