  Extremely frustrating customer service this morning at your Coffs Harbour store. What was meant to be a quick stop in on my way to work to buy my mother a xmas present turned into a 1/2hr frustration which made me 10 minutes late for work!!!!!!

  Firstly the staff did not know the product, then could not navigate their (2 of them) way around your computer system. 1 of your staff told me I was eligible for a promo bag and when I got to check out was told this was incorrect. All your staff I feel need more basic training both with the products and your computer system. The lady behind me in line was also dissatisfied with the service.

  My wife and I have been purchasing electrical goods from this store for over 15 years and we have never had any problems We recommend the Good Guys !

  Extreme lack of customer service, every time I go into this store. I attended 3 times to buy a microwave, the first time I was not even acknowledged let alone offered any assistance so I left and returned on the weekend with my husband to help me decide. Again we were not acknowledged at all, despite opening microwave doors, reading the manuals inside, pulling the box out to try to read the features on it, looking around for staff members, so we left without anyone speaking to us during our 15mins in the store. Unfortunately I had to return to make a purchase because I did not find anything the met my requirements elsewhere (but believe me I tried!). On my third visit I walked around the store until I found two staff members talking and requested some help. This is just one example of the many times I never receive any assistance in this store.
