  I got attacked with phone calls a week away from my appointment. I cancelled the appointment but still got called that day asking why I wasn't there. When I said il try and reschedule she demanded I call her back within the hour to make one. Talk about pushy and rude.

  I went ahead with treatment as it was the cheapest in Coffs Harbour and whilst treating me the technician assured me that they use the most up to date equipment! Such a lie!

  The weirdest clinic I have ever been to, I was so freaked out by the 'welcome' I got that I went to the hair dressers opposite and asked the girls working there what they thought. They agreed that the the vibe was weird, but it was ok they just use old equipment so it hurts more.
