  Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Thank you for all your help. I flew in from Sydney and Virgin lost my bag with my daily medication in it. They couldn't deliver it to the next day. I called two medical centres and was hung up on when I asked if I could make an appointment to get a prescription as it was late and they were closing. Then we called Northside health and they were more than happy to help. I would highly recommend them.

  I went to this clinic on Saturday and I was extremely thankful that they were able to squeeze me in for a quick appointment as I was very ill. I visited 4 different clinics trying to get in somewhere, but none that we visited except here took new patients on Saturday. The receptionist was fantastic and very kind.

  However the GP I saw was very unprofessional. She did not thoroughly evaluate my symptoms and prescribed an antibiotic without enquiring about my current medications for possible interactions. While I understand she was pushed for time, I left the practice very confused - she did not offer a diagnosis or give me proper instruction about how to take the medication and the potential side affects of it.

  My husband Gregory Mason & myself Lynette Simmons - new residents to C H Jetty, had a general appointment at Northside Med Clinic, May 18 @ 2.15 & 2.30 respectively, as new patients with Dr Miroslava Kon. We were called by the Dr for our consultation @ 2.35 - we both went in together - & were out at 3.05. When we went to pay @ reception, I was charged $81.00 & Greg was $137.00. On query the receptionist was abrasive & had attitude - saying Greg had a long consultation ( yet his consult was no more than 15 mins). Greg is a retired Surgeon- is that why he had to pay more!. Sorry but we will not be returning to Northside Medical Clinic.
