  I am one of those people who waits to the night before to read the reviews of where I was staying, and I began sh****g myself thinking I had booked a terrible room for my friends and I. So I walked in expecting the worst. And oh boy was it terrible, I mean seriously who would want what we experienced: Immaculate top level costumer service, nicely sized cabins with storage a plenty, and the cleanliness of the rooms, don't mention the free WiFi which is better than what I get at home and proximity to the beach. This place does what it says on the tin, and I absolutely loved staying there. I'll be back next year for sure, that is if they will take me back.

  Disgusting mould on the curtains in the bathroom, toilet and bedrooms mould also on the window sills! No hot water! Keys don't work properly! Will never go back

  A death in my family is the reason, I didnt expect treatment like this. Only wanted someone to ring and tell me what I had to do if arriving after 5pm.

  Dont book here if you actually want confirmation that your booking was received. Dont ring and leave a message if you actually want someone to return your call. Dont assume just because booking confirmation states that office hours are 8am - 5pm that this is the case.

  Expect to cop abuse from the hotel if you question why no one returned your call. "I didnt tell you those hours! You wont be getting a refund!"

  We chose to stay here as a meeting point for three family groups. We were happy rooms were so spacious and all groups were next to each other. I would totally recommend this location to family groups. It was quiet, extremely friendly,spacious, clean and a home away from home. The beach, clubs and eateries are all a short distance to walk and shopping and other tourist attractions a short drive.Thank you Jazz and Kev for your hospitality and providing us with the affordable and relaxing holiday we had. We will be recommending you and will be back.

  When they do finally return your 5 phone messages (at 7pm when you have found another hotel) expect abuse and to be told no refund.

  You just have to use your psychic abilities to know there will be a note waiting for you on your cabin "Dear Shazza & Dazza yer just rock on up!! There will be cabin with your name on it and a key in the door!" No one from the hotel will actually tell you this though! Just what you need after you have been travelled 2500klms.

  Expect to use your psychic abilities to know that there possibly is a cabin there with your name on it if arriving after 5pm. You have to wander around in the dark looking at every cabin and hope one has your name on it?? Thats what they told me I would have found if I had BOTHERED to turn up! They couldnt be BOTHERED to answer their phone though!

  Could have sent me an sms, an email...not too much to ask really? Because no one from the hotel returned my calls, I didnt even get to stay here so cant comment on the cabins but if the friendly welcome is anything to go by!

  60's cabins in original condition. Including original mattresses. Aircon was a bonus.

  Jasmine at the hotel expected me to consider her misfortune, she never once considered mine and why, as a female travelling alone, why I may have travelled 2500klms to this area and wanted confirmation I had a room and could get into it after 5pm.
