  The latest excuse is they do not have a contact phone number, even though a few seconds on the web or in a phone book would fix that.

  Got an email to say my good were delivered. Would be handy if the driver could understand the difference between no. 14 and 16. Lucky I have a great friend next door as they delivered the goods to me. Not very impressed. Item no. 2QV0058114 Try and lift your game if you care!!!

  Another common ploy, is to just to dump the parcel at a post office, so several days delay before getting the PO notification and about 3/4 hour round trip to pick up the parcel.

  Can no longer directly connect to them by phone, when they ring direct to tell me they are not delivering a parcel they get quite narky when I ask why.

  I'm not even giving a 1 star but I have to because it wont let me post without it. Apparently my package was delivered last night after 5pm (which i think is odd as the depot closes before then) we were home. There is no package anywhere to be seen. I have checked my neighbours etc. Very Poor service. Star Track need to employ people who care

  The courier couldn't find my clients address, so the parcel went back to the Coffs depot and sat there for a week.... no follow up! no nothing! not happy jan....

  They answer they are not paid enough to deliver to me and anyone else in our area, even though we pay substantial amounts for freight supposedly to our postcode and door. We are not far off the highway.

  Senders tell me they are the cheapest service. Anyone can be cheap if they dont deliver.
