  If I could give this place zero stars I would. The service was shocking. Asked for a cappuccino to be told that they had no milk. Ordered a crispy chicken with Bacon and brie burger. When it arrived. No bacon or brie. Said they would grab it and bring it out. Waited 10mins and it never arrived. So told them to take it away because it had gone cold. Then tried to charge me the full rate for the meal. Shocking will never return and will advised friends not to go

  Great big meals and the most friendly and organised staff! Was a great meal and they changed it to suit me! Food came so fast! Awesome place with awesome staff!

  Made reservations for 6:30pm, when we got there right on time the reservation could not be found. Waitress asked if we wanted a high chair for our toddler, after 10 minutes waiting for it I decided to get it myself. Wanted to order $27 steak & ribs deal I was informed that this offer was available last month despite the commercial for this deal being on TV that same afternoon and banner ad for it was still showing on their website. Ordered 1 x kids chicken nuggets, waitress tried to serve 2 x kids chicken nuggets. We said we only ordered 1. Waitress said she would take the second one off the bill which never happened and I was still charged for it at the end. No cuttlery at our table. Had to get it myself from neighbour table. Baked potato was dry and burnt. All other food was barely warm. We won't be back.

  Just horrible standards at this Coffs franchise. Service is poor and completely without love or care. The food is poorly presented and not cooked to order. Steaks over cooked, veggies undercooked and most things are clearly not fresh food but rather micro heated frozen veggies. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Save your money. Sad to be honest as we loved going to our local Hogs where we lived in Melbourne.
